Talent Framework is led by Steve Conine, a 30-year Nevada resident and serial entrepreneur. Mr. Conine has owned and operated successful business ventures in recruiting, medical staffing, real estate management and data center equipment. Mr. Conine was the communications chair, chapter president, then Regional Director for the Entrepreneurs Organization, representing over 1,100 members in the 13 western states.

Mr. Conine is also a strategic planning facilitator, a certified trainer for the Impact Hiring program, guest lecturer at the University of Nevada Reno and former NCET/RGJ Entrepreneur of the year.Over 25 years Mr. Conine has conducted thousands of interviews and assisted companies of all sizes to successfully hire and manage staff at all levels. Now, as a speaker, workshop facilitator, and business consultant Steve is helping managers and executives attract, hire and retain top talent.
