I have been a person who diligently tries to add value in anything that I do, over my entrepreneur journey since 2010. Building long-term relationships is a favorite of mine. To me the relationship is everything, whether we represent the client or not. For our commercial insurance customers and prospects, we bring value through our unique processes that ultimately lead to lower costs in their particular risks. Some of these areas include workers compensation audits, cyber threat assessments, baseline risk analysis, and certificate processes.

When away from work, I enjoy spending time with my family of six. We love to hike, camp, and travel together. During the fall and winter, I enjoy the fall colors, as well as mixing it up in the mountains with wild game or chasing birds in the marsh or the hills of Nevada. During the spring and summer you may catch me trying to trick a trout with a fly on local or western waters. I’m blessed with a wonderful, tight-knit family and a close circle of friends. I’m also active in Toastmasters International. I love to speak publicly, and Toastmasters provides a forum to practice speaking, grow in leadership, and learn from some many other amazing folks in the club.

Another passion is to give back to our community and beyond. We do that with our Refer for Good program. We have been blessed to support organizations to end human trafficking, help people to recover from past pains and trauma and help the youth of our area become extraordinary adults.
